like other broker does for clients to know and understand (like hfm does they mentioned currency only get swap free when u hold not more than 14days) before we start trading ,not deduct when u feel it is outweighed, this is empty promise and irresponsible at all. Then, they ask account manager to contact me and ask me to give up complaining because it is useless they won’t pay back the money they have deducted from my account for their own reason ,i feel so disappointed on you cxm direct broker .
