Leur plateforme de trading n'est pas assez stable, et il y a souvent des retards ou des déconnexions, ce qui me met très mal à l'aise. Et leur service client ne m'a pas donné une bonne solution, ce qui m'a fait me sentir très déçu. J'ai fini par changer pour une autre société de courtage dans l'espoir qu'elle améliorerait la qualité du service.

And their customer service didn't give me a good solution, which made me feel very disappointed.
