Je dois dire que je suis déçu du service client. Chaque fois que j'ai un problème ou une question, il semble que le personnel fasse tout son possible pour éviter d'y répondre. Au lieu de cela, ils ont tendance à s’orienter vers des sujets sans rapport, ce qui est frustrant. Ce serait formidable s'ils pouvaient se concentrer davantage sur la résolution des problèmes plutôt que de les contourner.
