Despite providing all necessary documents, my withdrawal requests were constantly declined without a reasonable explanation. Never mind that it was only a small amount from what I earned, they just wouldn't budge. Fast forward to a week later, without any prior warning, they blocked me from using their client portal. It's been a nightmare, honestly. Even when my email got hacked and I was struggling to regain control, their help was practically non-existent.
