Customer service is worst . Bank account details should be uploaded in recent update. I uploaded the bank account details, but it was not verified and so I couldnot withdraw money. I informed the customer care about this issue, but the person was on customer service misled me, and I had to contact an outside person to make it clear. Very irresponsible people are sitting in Customer Service, I don't know whether it is a bot. Whatever it is, withdrawal is difficult. I have been trying for a week to withdraw a small amount. No use. Their agents, I think, are same as them.
