I have been waiting for a withdrawal for more than 15 days, I already passed their documentation filters and everything. On January 25, I requested a withdrawal of 5,500.00 and today, February 7, I have not received anything, they only know how to say that I have to wait 24 to 48 hours and when that time passes they tell you the same thing again. Terrible platform and terrible customer service, I do not recommend it to anyone.

Tengo más de 15 días esperando un retiro, ya pasé sus filtros de documentación y todo. El 25 de enero solicite un retiro de 5,500.00 y a día de hoy 7 de febrero no eh recibido nada, solo saben decir que tengo que esperar de 24 a 48 horas y cuando pasa ese tiempo te vuelven a decir lo mismo.
Pesima plataforma y pésimo su servicio de atención, no la recomiendo a nadie.
