In-Option has been a real headache for me as a trader. The trading environment is terrible - I've had to verify my account information multiple times and it takes forever to get anything done. After finally opening my account, I couldn't even get in touch with my account manager. To make things worse, the trading signals are unreliable and often result in big losses.
