Their website looks like it was thrown together by an *******, with poor design and layout that gave me a headache just trying to navigate it. And don't even get me started on their customer service! It took ages for them to respond to any of my questions, and even then, their answers were vague and unhelpful. The only reason I even tried trading with them was because a friend I met on social media recommended them.
