This is a fraudulent and irresponsible platform. I have been trading energy products and incurring losses, yet earning some overnight interest like any other product. They do nothing when I'm incurring losses, but as soon as I start making profits, they begin increasing the spread of the product I'm trading. And not only that, they start deducting all the overnight interest from the product I've been trading for over a month (90%) with the excuse that they reported wrong prices. It's ridiculous! Is this really a CySEC licensed platform?
After contacting them for a while, Lirunex disclaims all responsibility, blaming it on their LP's (Liquidity Providers). How come the platform's and LP's mistake becomes the responsibility of customers like me? Instead of assessing who's at fault, they immediately ****** $7000 from me. When I asked why they didn't first check if I made any mistakes, their answer was that the LP said I did.
In summary, they won't refund my money when the mistake is clearly on their end (with confirmation emails from both LP and Lirunex admitting the error). They shamelessly deceive and steal a considerable amount from me, and even sent an insulting email claiming I was at fault (followed by a correction and apology email).
This is a blatantly fraudulent company. When you're profitable, they have a rule that they can do anything if they 'suspect' (of course, without any evidence), and they can do whatever they want.
