I am currently waiting for a withdrawal made via mobile money four days ago, they claim it takes a maximum of 24 hours. They've frustrated me on at least three occasions in this regard. Customer service keeps telling you that they have informed the relevant department, but I really don't think they did. I have decided to leave because you can't rely on their withdrawal methods...
