I have traded with 6 brokers, and I can confidently say that UW Global offers the best customer services. This is one of their best qualities. In addition, you can trade in a wide range of tradable instruments on the MT4 or MT5.

This platform’s customer support sucks!
I asked them about the minimum deposit to start, they just cannot clearly tell me, keeping asking me to put money here…
Anyone who want to trade online, I advise you to find other better alternatives…

The broker asked for a lot of documents even though I have submitted everything they still insists on adding a lot more. They said it is regulation but it is not because I have a lot of account with other brokers and they have a more smoother system in terms of KYC and documentation.

UW Global is not paying clients their money back with many excuses given resulting in long delays. Several investors have already complained to LFSA (Regulator), commercial crimes police and engaged lawyers. Finally LFSA has put UW Global on the Investor Alert list and restricted their business activities until issue of non-compliances are resolved.
