JMC Capital's customer support, especially Chrstiaan, was excellent—polite and helpful during account setup. However, the confusion with lot sizes (0.10 vs. the standard 0.01) made trading a bit unclear initially. Despite this, I believe I could adapt over time.

The biggest and most serious shortcoming of the company JMC Capital is that it does not provide services in English. Although I was able to navigate the site using Google Translate, I was worried that it would be troublesome afterwards. So I'm not going to trade here. Can anyone recommend some alternative companies? I mainly want to trade futures and stocks.
