Inicialmente, após nenhuma resposta, entrei em contato com o serviço de atendimento ao cliente e o problema foi elevado. Mais uma vez, estou na posição de não receber comunicação. Comportamento absolutamente inaceitável e citar a carga de trabalho como causa de um serviço ao cliente ruim é uma desculpa antiga e cansada que coloca o ônus de suas inadequações sobre o cliente.

I have been attempting for 11 days to have my funds released. I have submitted the necessary documentation. Initially after zero response I contacted customer service and the issue was elevated. Once again I am in the position of not receiving communication. Absolutely unacceptable behavior and quoting the work load as the cause for lousy customer service is an old and tired excuse that places the burden of their inadequacies on the customer.
