I reached out to customer support and waited for almost 7 hours. After checking, they only gave me excuses, stating that due to a high margin, they implemented a stop-loss. However, if the margin was indeed high, why did they let my 4 open trades continue for 4 hours before stopping them, only after they were in profit? This seems unfair to me, especially considering my capital is quite small. Feels like an attempt to deceive me.
