The customer service is top-notch, and the representatives are always friendly and helpful. Despite this, I still enjoy trading with WXJTSS and feel that the benefits of high leverage outweigh the occasional slippage issues.

Amazing trading platform! Very helpful beginners' guide and demo accounts! Their live chat support is also pretty good! But there are definitely some concerns... Their website is out-of-date and lacks a lot of important information... There's just no information available on accounts, spreads, fees, and payment methods. It's hard to feel confident when you don't know what you're getting into. If you're considering WXJTSS, just be aware of the risks and proceed with caution!

Working with WXJTSS was the dumbest decision I ever made. Depositing money with them was quick and easy, but after several months of trying, I couldn't withdraw a dime. Guys, find a way to save your money elsewhere.

I had a terrible experience with WXJTSS! The trading platform was a complete mess and I struggled to navigate it. The customer service team was not professional at all and didn't seem to have any knowledge about trading. On top of that, the spread was ridiculously high which made trading quite costly. I also experienced a lot of slippage which resulted in significant losses. To make matters worse, I tried to download the platform multiple times but it just wouldn't work.

Just a new broker...no regulatory license...no safe guarantee... Their high leverage may seem attractive, but it's just not worth the risk when you're dealing with an unregulated broker. And their own WXJTSS Trading Platform is not well-known and may not be reliable. And there's no phone support, which can be frustrating if you need to get in touch with them quickly. Pls, there are much better options out there! Don't waste your time with WXJTSS!!
