Kuni Umi AI Securities is great. The trading platform is user-friendly, but the customer service response time needs work. Market analysis tools are basic, and fees could be more transparent.

The trading platform is OK, the same as others, and not the fastest. Service sucks when it comes to deleting a credit card or your information hasn't been updated, so they block withdrawal and transfer but don't know why so it takes days to get an answer. When there is a slippage, you must ask to reset the balance to zero if you go negative.
