Ngunit kamakailan lamang nawala ko ang debit card na iyon at ito ay numero, kaya kinansela ko, at ngayon ay hindi na ako makapag-withdraw ng pera dahil kailangan kong gamitin ang debit card na iyon lamang na nawala at hindi maaaring ibigay sa akin ng aking bangko o Visa ang numerong iyon. Magrehistro ng isa pang card at sinabi nila sa akin na dapat iyon ang card na nawala ko para ipadala sa akin ang pera! Isang piraso ng plastik na madaling maluwag ng sinuman. Nagkaroon na ako ng ganitong uri ng mga problema sa ibang mga broker, ngunit ang pagdedeposito gamit ang isa pang bagong card ay nalutas ang problema nang walang karagdagang isyu! ngunit hindi sa Pepperstone. But recently I lost that debit card and it's number, so I canceled, and now I can't withdraw money anymore because I have to use that debit card only that I lost and neither my bank or Visa can hand me that number. Register another card and they tell me that it has to be that card that I lost to send me the money! A piece of plastic that anyone can easily loose. I had already had this type of problems with other brokers, but depositing with another new card solved the problem with no further issue! but not with Pepperstone. They are supposed to be giving me support, but it's been a few days and I haven't seen anything resolved. And I have good capital retained there, what can I do? Hope i can solve soon this issue and keep recommending Pepperstone as broker.

Your fault to be honest, next time deposit with bank transfer. Card deposits cost them money, Visa fee is around 1 to 3%. Naturally, they want to issue you a "refund" back to the card first. Contact support by telephone maybe, or online chat to resolve this quicker.
